Shinmura Ranch

At Shinmura Ranch, all our cattle barns are exclusively crafted from locally sourced wood in Kimotsuki, with processing entrusted to a reputable local sawmill. The inherent qualities of wood, including superior insulation, heat retention, and temperature regulation, contribute significantly to stress reduction for our cattle

Fresh Meat Store

At Shinmura Livestock Meat Store, we primarily sell Japanese Black Wagyu, along with Berkshire pork, domestically raised pork, domestically raised chicken, and processed products. Furthermore, you can also purchase locally sourced fresh vegetables, our in-house cultivated rice, and premium beef series products also known as the Gochisou Beef series.

Yakiniku Restaurant

We have Kimotsuki Main Restaurant（Kimotsuki Town, Kagoshima Prefecture） and Miyakonojo branch (Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture). Our popular lunch menu and various dinner all-you-can-eat courses offer authentic black wagyu beef and a salad bar and homemade desserts.
