About Shinmura Wagyu
Shinmura Wagyu is a distinguished regional brand of cattle nurtured with care on Shinmura Ranch by contracted local farmers of Kimotsuki.
It contains Oleic Acid
Oleic acid is believed to be effective in preventing lifestyle diseases and is prominently found in olive oil. However, it is noteworthy that wagyu beef also contains a significant amount of oleic acid, constituting approximately 50% of its fatty acids.

Shinmura Ranch Cattle Barn
At Shinmura Ranch, all our cattle barns are exclusively crafted from locally sourced wood in Kimotsuki, with processing entrusted to a reputable local sawmill.The resulting sawdust is thoughtfully repurposed as bedding for our cows. The inherent qualities of wood, including superior insulation, heat retention, and temperature regulation, contribute significantly to stress reduction for our cattle.
Management System
A management card is created for each animal, and these cards are attached to respective stalls. Through seamless coordination between the ranch and office, we consistently uphold a rigorous management framework on a daily basis.
